Baby girl finally has a room

This room is proof that you dont need a lot of space to have a baby :) This room is a walk through room. When you reach the top of our stairs, our bedroom is on the left, and this room is on the right. You walk through this room to get to the bathroom, and my older daughters room. 

Are you ever DONE preparing? I think not...

What is that REALLY annoying saying? The best laid plans of mice and men often go awry? Well.. I don't know what mice and men have to do with plans, but our plans have gone awry.

Let the Prepartions Begin!

Now that I am officially in my third trimester, Yes, THIRD trimester, I suppose it is time we begin prepairing for this little girl who will be joining our lives in just 11 short weeks.   One thing I have been working on this week is my hospital packing list.  I've been doing a lot of googling, and pulled from my memory from 9 years ago what was useful, and what stayed in the bag the entire time.  Below is what I have finally narrowed the list down to:

Shampoo

Conditioner

Subtle bodywash

mini shower pouf

toothpaste/toothbrush

Face wash wipes

Lip balm

Makeup

Flat iron

Blow Dryer

Brush and hair ties/clips

Stretchy, comfy clothes:  3 nursing tops/tanks/bras, 3 yoga pants

Sweater

Pillow from home 

Boppy pillow

Camera/charger

Cell phone/charger

Extra bag

Newborn take home outfit and socks

Change for vending machines/food

Nipple cream/pads

Baby book for footprints

Nursing Bra

24 Weeks- the size of a Baseball mit!!

We've reached a really crucial point in our pregnancy, one which I'm feeling quite releived about. With modern medical technology, our beautiful baby girl would have a chance to survive if she were born now. (Don't take that as a hint to come early, baby!!)

We're halfway there, baby!!

I am now 20 weeks, 2 days. We have reached the halfway point in the pregnancy, and it's actually a little bittersweet for me. I have SO enjoyed being pregnant, and am sad to think it's halfway over... I find I have to remind myself that we will have more children (God willing) so this won't be the last time I get to have this awesome experience.  I have been feeling really great lately, with ZERO sickness, however I have had lots of heartburn with really anything I eat.

During my 10 week hiatus from blogging because I was well, lazy, I forgot that I had taken another "profile" shot at 12 weeks..Can you say HELLLLLOO Bloat?!... So nothing much to say here, except heres the photo :)

19 weeks, and a HUGE Announcement!!

Look at that belly!!! I am 19 weeks, 3 days, and feeling GREAT!!!  Don't you all just love my sweater? Yeah, I do too.. I love it even more because it is so telling of things to come. You guessed it.
